KEY BENEFITS
|
Key_Benefits
MF RK Series - Innovation
From its innovative suspension to its clean gathering action (without all that dirt and debris), the MF RK Series delivers a well-formed windrow that leads to higher quality hay.
|
3900 Series - INNOVATION
Imagine a rake that floats along the ground but also hugs it closely to pick up more — then leaves large, fluffy, square-shouldered windrows. That's the innovative 3900 Series.
|
3900 Series - CAPABILITY
Talk about productivity. All wheels of the 3900 Series are on the ground at the same time, so they pick up the hay other rakes can leave behind.

BUILD THE PERFECT WINDROW
Cam-action tine arms per rotor and a heavy-duty vinyl curtain let you easily adjust raking action and windrow width.
|
FLOATING ALONG
Our unique RotorFlex suspension lets rotors “float” from front to back and side to side to cleanly gather the crop into a more manageable windrow.
|
DOWN WITH DIRT
"Jet effect" lifting and lowering means the front lifts first and lowers last, so tines don't dive into the ground — and there's less dirt in your crop.
|
WE HAVE LIFT-UP
The RK Series rakes are all equipped with a headland position feature, meaning rotors do not need to be switched off at the end of the field.

COMFORT

Comfort
DURABLE FRAME
A rugged box-beam frame ensures both stability on rough terrain and a long service life.
|
RUGGED WHEELS
Uses the same 55-inch diameter rake wheels as used on the MF 3900 Series for efficient handling of heavy crop materials and easy replacement (60-inch diameter rake wheels standard on MF 1510 S and MF 1512 S models).
|
BETTER PICKUP
Rake wheels mounted in pairs on pivoting brackets oscillate over field contours and pick up material that others miss.
|
ADJUSTABLE WHEEL BEAMS
An adjustable drawbar clevis allows you to level the rake wheel beams to match the tractor drawbar height.
|
CHOICE OF RAKING WIDTHS
Your choice of three raking widths on each model (10 raking widths available on MF 1510 S and MF 1512 S models), so you can fine-tune your width by simply adjusting the turnbuckle on each wing.
|
LIFT WINGS INDIVIDUALLY
MF 1500 S Series rakes allow operators to lift either the left or right wing individually to form a single windrow from either side. This is especially useful when cleaning up a field or working around obstacles.

GROUND HUGGER
Thanks to the MF 3900 Series' close-to-the-ground flotation design, the large diameter rake wheels sweep fields clean.
|
SPREAD YOUR WINGS
Get exact windrow widths with hydraulic fold wings — and stay on the move with a hydraulic cylinder on each side that lifts the rake wheels.
|
PICK-UP ARTIST
Spring-loaded wheels with an independent pivoting arm mean you pick up hay like never before.
|
|
FARM MANAGEMENT
|

TOUGH TEETH
Forty strong teeth per wheel give you cleaner fields and a longer wheel life.
|
RAKE IT ALL IN
The MF 3900 Series is offered in 12- or 14-wheel versions with working widths up to 28 feet for maximum raking efficiency whether you're square or round baling.
|
PIN IT UP
One side of the rake can be pinned up for raking single windrows or windrow turning.
